As one of my favorite woodworkers says “awkward and … clearly not comfortable with” when comes to talking about myself. That’s how I feel when writing these lines. My name is Alfonso, I am a nice guy who lives in Omaha-Nebraska, and would love to create something for you.

 

Long story short, I started doing some woodworking as a way to be away from screens since I spend most of my day sitting in front of a computer as a Systems Engineer and watching YouTube videos in my free time. Until one day I decided to give a try to a DIY planter project I saw online, that’s what got me hooked into woodworking. I think it was around 2017 when started modifying “my side” of the garage to accommodate some tools.

 

Do I consider myself a craftsman? No way, not even close. Nonetheless, I know that an item will not leave my garage if I am not convinced I gave my best to create it
